On the way to Lima we had of course to stop at the famous Nazca Lines and fly with our drone. As only from the sky you can see the symbols really good.
Another crazy place was Huacachina. It is a small village and also an oasis surrounded by some of the highest sand dunes of Peru with 100m. Climbing up there felt like you doing one step forward and two steps back. But the view when we reached the top was it really worth.
nd as we really love wineries we couldn't pass without stopping at one with a free tasting tour. As the road to there was very bad we left our Camp-let next to the street. And what a shock, when we came back the Camp-let wasn't there anymore. A thousand thoughts went trough our mind. Where to sleep, we have no home anymore and how to explain that to our sponsor. And a new kitchen was on the way but we have no Camp-let anymore. But then a little boy showed up and told us the police has it. You cannot believe how lucky we were, our Camp-let got stolen, but just from the police.
Our next aim was the National Park Paracas and the Islas Ballestas. They are also called the Galapagos Islands for the poor man. We made a boat tour and were really not disappointed as we saw sea lions, penguins and thousands of birds. And on top we found a great spot for camping directly at the beach and with flamingos in front of our door ;)
