Time for a new country!
The day we left Panama we were very unlucky with the weather. In the morning we woke up and were surrounded by water, also inside our tent.
Stefan's shoes were sailing around the Camp-let. And even worse a guy wanted even in that moment out of his parking spot when it was raining the most. So we were forced to built up in the strongest rain - as you can imagine everything including us got soaken wet.
And the next day we learned how often and much it rains in the tropics...
The next village we stopped is named Puerto Viejo and normally well known on pictures for nice blue water and snorkeling. But due to the strong rain the water was grey and the beaches were empty. So we build up our Camp-let on little hill waiting for the sun to try everything. And after two days we were lucky and had immediately 50 degrees inside - too much for us but in 30 minutes everything was dry.
And with the friendly weather we visited the nice beaches and the Jaguar Rescue Center and made a great Chocolate tour - where we figured out that dark chocolate with garlic and pepper taste not so bad!
After all the beaches we are looking for a change - so next time see you in the mountains with some nice hot springs!
